Across Australia, disability housing is evolving — are your practices keeping pace?

Housing Hub has created a four-part online Masterclass series, designed to help disability housing and SDA providers understand and move into greater tenant-led everyday practices. Grounded in lived experience and real-world examples, this series shares practical, sustainable approaches to embedding tenant choice, voice and participation across planning, support and governance.What you’ll gain:✅ Practical tenant-led approaches you can apply immediately✅ Greater confidence balancing duty of care and dignity of risk✅ Real examples of what works (and what doesn’t) from across the sector✅ Tools to strengthen housing outcomes and organisational practiceDelivered online via Zoom, the series will share practical insights and real-world examples focussed on: The series begins Wednesday, 18th February with sessions running through to April 2026.
The tenant-led practices in disability housing masterclass sessions will run from February to April 2026.

  2. Choosing Support Providers: Tenant-Led Practices in the 10+1 model — Wednesday, 11th March (COMPLETED)
  3. Supporting Tenant Decision Making —Wednesday, 1st April (COMPLETED)
  4. Tenant Advisory Committees —Wednesday 15th, April (COMPLETED)
