Housing Hub has a proven track record of helping NDIS Participants explore their SDA eligibility and secure successful Home and Living outcomes. To further support this process, we now offer an Evidence Review —a specialised service designed to strengthen applications before submission to the NDIS.
Through this service, our Home and Living Support Coordination team and Clinical Practice Advisor will review key evidence, identify areas for improvement, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality and impact of your application.
We offer mentoring on all aspects of Home and Living evidence, with a strong recommendation to have critical documents, such as the Participant Statement, Occupational Therapy Housing Report, and Home and Living Supporting Evidence form, reviewed by our expert team. This ensures your submission is consistent, cohesive and comprehensive, giving you the best chance of securing the right housing outcome.
Don’t leave your application to chance, gain access to our extensive expertise to put forward the strongest possible case to the NDIS.

✔ Follow-up phone call: An optional discussion to address any further questions or clarifications.
The Home and Living Support Coordination service is only available to NDIS participants aged 18 and above.
I just wanted to thank you all for your efforts in reviewing my clients Home and Living Application. We made the recommended changes and additions, knowing that as a long-term NDIS residential aged care resident of 70 years of age it was going to be a difficult process. I am so pleased to report that my client has received NDIS approval to move out of residential aged care and into an SDA with SIL supports! We could not have done this without your guidance and expertise - thank you!

“I have found Housing Hub to be extremely helpful with housing applications with my clients. I’m able to focus on the client’s day-to-day needs, and then the team at Housing Hub have supported me with putting in really specific housing applications for participants that I have that are looking for housing. It’s been absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend them enough and I'm very grateful for their services.”

“It is with great pleasure that I recommend Karissa from Housing Hub. She is excellent. She helped me get my SDA and SIL approval after I've been knocked back by NDIS a number of times. She helped me all the way, held my hand, answered all my questions, every time I rang she answered. She's excellent to work with and I fully recommend her.”
