The website connects people looking for accessible homes (Housing Seekers and their supporters) with people or organisations offering accessible homes and related services (Housing Providers).

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the website.

If you’re under 18, you can only use the website to get information — not to look for housing or services. You’ll need a parent or guardian for that.

WHAT HOUSING HUB DOES

Housing Hub helps connect Housing Seekers with Housing Providers. 

It does not:

  • Check if the information about properties or services is accurate
  • Inspect properties
  • Guarantee that properties or services are right for you
  • Get involved in agreements between Housing Seekers, their supporters and Housing Providers.

Seekers, supporters and providers need to:

  • Make their own checks
  • Create clear agreements (e.g. tenancy agreements).

REGISTERING TO USE THE WEBSITE

For Seekers and Supporters:

  • The website is free to use
  • You can browse without creating an account.

If you create an account, you can:

  • Save property searches
  • Get alerts for properties that match your needs
  • See how well a property might suit you (Suitability Score)
  • Supporters can make profiles for others (with permission).

Providers - Providers must:

  • Register and create an account
  • Choose a subscription plan and pay fees.

Providers can list properties or services on the website.

Housing Hub can cancel or refuse accounts if needed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

For Everyone:

  • Keep your login details safe
  • Use the website honestly and legally
  • Do not share anyone’s personal information without their permission.

For Providers:

  • Ensure property details are accurate and follow the rules
  • Respond to messages quickly
  • Deliver services as promised in your listings.

PROPERTY LISTINGS

Properties must:

  • Be real, accessible homes
  • Include clear, accurate details and photos
  • Meet legal requirements.

Providers can’t:

  • List properties that aren’t available
  • Mislead Housing Seekers about prices or conditions.

PRIVACY

Housing Hub follows its Privacy Policy to protect your information.

If you share someone else’s personal information, you need their permission.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Housing Hub is not responsible for:

  • Problems with properties or services
  • Any losses you might have from using the website.

The website is provided "as is" without guarantees.

ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT

Housing Seekers and providers can close their accounts at any time.

Housing Hub can close accounts if users break the rules.

Closing an account does not affect any agreements already made (e.g. tenancy agreements).

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

If part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
