This is a face to face event whereby you will have the opportunity to view The Grace Hornsby apartments. The apartments will be open on June 1, please book a time by clicking 'Book here' on the bottom of this page.
Nestled in the quiet suburban area of Sydney’s Upper North Shore, The Grace is perfectly positioned across the road from the Asquith Bowling Club. In close proximity to Asquith train station, local shops, Storey Park and Hornsby Westfield, this development includes all the modern-day conveniences.
The beautifully presented single-level apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS.
More information about The Grace Hornsby can be found here on the Housing Hub.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions on the day about SDA and current NDIS processes for seeking SDA funding.
We will email you to confirm details once your registration is complete.
All visitors to Summer Housing properties must be vaccinated or be able to present a medical exemption certificate. Our team will contact you prior to the day to discuss your status.
We will be hosting five open house sessions on the 1st of June 2022.
Please book your time. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
