Help Finding Tenants

The Housing Hub can help you find tenants

The Housing Hub team can help you to manage your vacancies and support your clients throughout their transition into new homes. Our expert team are here to simplify your day-to-day allowing you to focus on growing your offering to the market.

Our team can help with:

  • Enquiry management: managing enquiries is a time intensive process but is essential if Housing Providers want an opportunity to market their homes. Our team offers enquiry management as an extension of your Housing Hub listing. We offer a highly responsive approach to answering enquiries along with our expertise in screening potential tenants for suitability and eligibility.

  • Vacancy management: using our extensive SDA experience and networks with key stakeholders, we can help match you with the most suitable tenants for your homes. Our team can provide support with open days, information sessions, and promotional opportunities. Furthermore, we can provide direct support with enquiry management and application management, ensuring potential tenants receive the best experience possible, from experts in the field.

  • Transition support: moving into a new home can be difficult for people with high and complex needs and ensuring the process goes well can be the difference between a short-term or a long-term tenant. Our team can support the coordination of tenants moving into your new home including stakeholder management, customisation management and quality customer service.

  • Tenant evaluations: gaining insights from your existing tenants is critical to ensuring long-term tenancies and working towards continuous improvement. Our team can support providers to gain valuable feedback on their experiences as independent facilitators.

  • Listing Service: the Housing Hub offers support for you to publish a high-quality and engaging listing on the Housing Hub. A member of the Housing Hub team will consult with you to obtain key information about your listings and your requirements. Once the requirements have been agreed the Housing Hub Team will:
    • Write compelling copy including a clear call to action
    • Create the listing - complete all fields and make use of all features
    • Upload the images, floor plan, brochure, and application form
    • Track and report on the performance of the listing over the first month
    • Provide feedback on listing performance compared to other listings in that state and category of housing type (SDA/non-SDA)
    • See an example of a Sample Listing here.
