Finding the right home can be complex—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Why providers refer to us
✔ Trusted expertise: We’ve been at the forefront of accessible housing since the beginning. The Housing Hub, alongside the Summer Foundation, pioneered the development of NDIS housing plans and sector education.
✔ Fast and responsive: We act quickly when tenants or applicants need support, helping to avoid delays and disruptions in tenancy planning.
✔ Better funding outcomes: We build strong, evidence-based applications to help tenants secure SDA, SIL, ILO or other relevant supports that keep them housed and supported.
✔ Independent and participant-focused: We are not a housing or support provider. We offer truly impartial guidance that prioritises participant choice and control.
What we do
- Clarify housing goals and needs

Hear from the people we support
“I have found Housing Hub to be extremely helpful with housing applications with my clients. I’m able to focus on the client’s day-to-day needs, and then the team at Housing Hub have supported me with putting in really specific housing applications for participants that I have that are looking for housing. It’s been absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend them enough and I'm very grateful for their services.”

Family Member 2
“I take this opportunity to say a massive thank you. The amount of appreciation I have for you, all, you may never understand. I have not had a happy, safe and working place to live for many years. Thanks to you all, I can now enjoy a quality of life in a home where I feel safe [...] I'm ever so grateful that you pushed through, with all the bumps in the road, with me to achieve the happy end result. I look forward now, to an even better next chapter. A sincere appreciation to you all.

NDIS participant
“It is with great pleasure that I recommend Karissa from Housing Hub. She is excellent. She helped me get my SDA and SIL approval after I've been knocked back by NDIS a number of times. She helped me all the way, held my hand, answered all my questions, every time I rang she answered. She's excellent to work with and I fully recommend her.”
