The Housing Hub team offers a range of different services that help housing providers to be providers of choice for potential and existing tenants. We offer specialist consultancy and training services that build your team's capacity ensuring you are able to provide a high-quality service to your tenants.
We have been operating vacancy management services since 2017 and we have supported over 1000 people into new tenancies on behalf of quality providers. We are the experts in quality vacancy management, a service that is often overlooked by providers but is essential in a competitive market.
We can support providers nationally and provide on-demand support as required.
Our team can help with:
- Consulting: our experienced consultants can support you to gain your own expertise in areas such as (but not limited to) vacancy and enquiry management, dwelling enrollments, onsite provider selection and management, transition management and quality SDA provision for tenants.
- Training: our team can deliver customised training sessions that support your team’s ongoing development and quality service delivery. You can also book into some of our workshops, essential for understanding SDA and for working with people who have complex needs.
