Market Data Reports for Accessible Housing

National Data Reports

Navigating the accessible housing and support market can be challenging, with high competition and oversupply in some areas, leading to lengthy vacancies. To make informed decisions, you need to understand the supply and demand dynamics and identify areas where new accessible housing is needed.

The Housing Hub can support your understanding of the market by offering market data reports for purchase. These reports provide information on accessible housing supply and demand, helping you make better decisions and minimise uncertainty and vacancy risks with up-to-date, aggregated data from the past 90 days, available at both municipal and suburb levels.

Our Market Data Reports also provide insights into the types of support housing seekers require and their preferred living arrangements, helping you understand what your potential customers want.
