Specialist Disability Accommodation – Supply in Australia reports

The Summer Foundation has compiled reports on the pipeline of development of SDA across Australia in 2019 and 2020.

NDIS Data

The NDIA releases data reports each quarter. Read these reports to understand the number of participants in the scheme, where they are located and funding in plans. Appendix P provides data on SDA including the number of participants with SDA and SIL supports in their plans, the SDA properties enrolled with the NDIA and participants with SDA in their plans.

SDA Design Standard

All Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers need to work with this standard for their future SDA development projects. 

SDA Design Standard Implementation Plan

The NDIA is also introducing a pre-certification requirement. The SDA Implementation Plan details the transition to these requirements.
