The Summer Foundation's Housing Hub team offers a tenancy matching service for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers.
Finding the right tenants leads to positive outcomes for people with disability and is critical for SDA providers seeking long term tenants.

Since the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) the approach to housing has radically changed and managing vacancies in disability accommodation is no longer a government responsibility and is instead, now managed by a market approach.
The Housing Hub's tenancy matching service works with quality SDA providers who have homes that people with disability want to live in. We support the SDA provider to develop their marketing and promotional materials and ensure the vacancy is promoted to future tenants and key stakeholders.
There are still many SDA eligible participants who do not have SDA funding in their NDIS plans and therefore, the team manages all enquiries with the expertise of knowing who is likely to be funded for SDA (and can therefore apply for the vacancy).
So far, our team has supported over 550 people to receive an offer for tenancy within SDA. Benefits of our service
