Housing Hub's Supporter User Group

We want the Housing Hub to be the perfect one-stop-shop for you – where you can easily find great homes for your clients, learn about housing and support options, get advice and expert support, and build your business and your networks. 

But we need your help.

What is this?

  • The Housing Hub Supporter User Group is a select team of professional supporters – Support Coordinators, OTs and other disability sector professionals – who share their insights and experiences to make the Housing Hub work better. 
  • Learning about your needs, your workflows, and the challenges you face when supporting clients, will help us build features that work in the real world.
  • Being part of the user group gives you a direct say in how we develop products and services.

Expert mentoring – As a thank you for your valuable time and insights, you or your organisation will receive 2x 30-minute sessions with one of our Housing Hub experts.

Early access to new features – Be the first to test new tools and features. You'll often get a look at products weeks or months before they're available to other users of the Housing Hub.

See your ideas come to life – We'll keep you updated on how your input gets turned into real features. You'll see the direct impact of your insights on Housing Hub products and services.

Connect with other sector professionals – Network with other User Group members who understand your challenges and opportunities.

How We Work Together

4 sessions per year – roughly once every 3 months. Each session runs for about 90 minutes.

Online meetings and flexible planning – User Group sessions happen online, so you can join from wherever suits you. We'll work hard to find session times that fit into your busy schedule.

Simple preparation – We'll send you any materials or information you need to review well before each session. We keep preparation time to a minimum – usually no more than 30 minutes – we know you're busy.

Sharing your story – We’re keen to talk with you about ways we can help share you or your organisation’s experience with housing seekers, other sector professionals and the market. 

Your commitment – We ask members for a 12 month commitment (4 User Group sessions). This helps us plan and means you get to see how your insights get implemented. If you can't attend a session, you can send someone else from your organisation instead.
