The following is a guide to working on a service agreement between an NDIS participant and a Housing Provider or support provider. This guide aims to help people to make a service agreement in a way that brings together the voice of the participant and the Provider. Please be aware there are differences in how each state and territory manages tenancies. You will need to check this with your Housing Provider.
