Roles and Responsibilities Sheet

Who does what?

For people living in a home with shared support, like Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), there are often a number of different people in your “team”. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the roles people have and who does what.

You can use the document below to help everyone understand each other’s roles and responsibilities. Understanding the responsibilities of the people in the team can help you make sure that people are doing what they are meant to be doing. You can also print or laminate it for easy access.

If you are a housing provider, you can fill in the contact info for each role so your tenant knows the right person to go to about different problems. It may also be updated if there are changes to staff  roles or if a team member leaves.
