Alecia Rathbone, Chief Executive
Alecia has worked in the ‘for-purpose’ sector for the past 17 years and also has a strong commercial background. Alecia is the Chief Executive of the Housing Hub, a social enterprise that supports people with disability to find appropriate housing. She is responsible for the development and growth of products and services of the social enterprise including the Housing Hub website, where people with disability can search for suitable housing by housing type or location.
Alecia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Management of Not-for-Profit Organisations. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an alum of the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Kaitlyn King, Specialist Services Manager
Kaitlyn is responsible for overseeing Housing Hub’s service delivery teams, which aim to achieve outstanding Home and Living outcomes for NDIS participants through the provision of specialist home and living support coordination.
Kaitlyn has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and Master of Public Health and worked as an occupational therapist in the public health sector for over 10 years prior to joining Housing Hub.
