This is a face to face event whereby you will have the opportunity to view the The Foundry Liverpool apartments. The apartments will be open on May 18. Please book a time by clicking 'Book here' on the bottom of this page.

Summer Housing is delighted to offer both High Physical Support and Fully Accessible apartments at The Foundry apartments located in the Paper Mill Precinct in Liverpool, New South Wales.

The Paper Mill precinct delivers a whole wonderland of retail at your convenience. Westfield Liverpool is just moments away and is host to over 300 stores, restaurants, cafés, banks, a cinema and other services. Within minutes from this hub of activity you’ll find The Whitlam Leisure Centre and Woodward Park.

• SDA provider Summer Housing
• The design, features and model of support within the apartments
• Who is likely to be eligible for these apartments and how to apply
• The SDA pathway for NDIS participants

• Support coordinators

• Social workers
• Discharge planners and allied health professionals
• Family members and supports of people with disability
• Anyone working with people who may be eligible for SDA

There will be an opportunity to ask questions on the day about SDA and current NDIS processes for seeking SDA funding.

All visitors to Summer Housing properties must be vaccinated or be able to present a medical exemption certificate. Our team will contact you prior to the day to discuss your status.
