About this event

You are invited to attend an information session about Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will find out what it is, how it works and learn about Summer Housing's SDA apartments in Victoria.

These information sessions are brought to you by Summer Foundation's Housing Hub Team in partnership with SDA provider Summer Housing.

The apartments boast open plan living, elegant timber flooring and a range of sophisticated features and finishes. With extensive floor-to-ceiling windows your home will be filled with an abundance of natural light and warmth creating an ambience to not to be rivalled.

• The design, features and model of support within the apartments
• Who is likely to be eligible for these apartments
• The SDA pathway for NDIS participants

• Anyone working with people who may be eligible for SDA
• Family members and supports of people with disability
• Discharge planners and allied health professionals
• Support coordinators
• People with disability
• Case managers
• Social workers

There will be an opportunity to ask questions on the day about SDA and current NDIS processes for seeking SDA funding.
