The Mews, Wooloongabba – Open Home – SDA apartments

The Housing Hub team and Summer Housing invites you to attend a tour the Woolloongabba SDA apartments.

This brand new development offers beautiful, ultra-modern apartments in the highly sought after location of Woolloongabba, just 2.9km from Brisbane CBD.

Summer Housing has ten immaculately presented apartments available for occupancy that are peppered throughout the 140-unit private residential building. More information about these homes is here on the Housing Hub.

Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions about the apartments, inspect the features and try the assistive technology, to understand the benefits it has for people living with disabilities.

Light nibbles will be provided and each session is limited to 8 people.

Sessions will be held at hourly intervals to allow for safe COVID practice. When you register there will be an opportunity to select your preferred time.

  • What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)- (High Physical and Fully Accessible)
  • The design, features and model of support within the Summer Housing apartments

  • Discharge planners and allied health professionals
  • Support coordinators
  • People with disability
  • Case managers
  • Social workers

There will be an opportunity to ask questions on the day about SDA and current NDIS processes for seeking SDA funding.
