A free online information session about Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in WA.

The future of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in WA is now. At this information session you will learn about SDA, who is eligible and the type of accommodation and resources available to help you.

The video here is Liz’s story. She moved into her new apartment recently and the video shares her journey and joy!

This information session is for people with disabilities, family members and loved ones, anyone working with people who may be eligible for SDA, Support Coordinators/Coordinators of Supports and Allied Health professionals.

You will also hear about the SDA apartments currently available in Perth - The Arthouse in Joondalup and Little Lane at Fremantle, plus the upcoming apartments in Perth CBD.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

This information session will also outline the process for applying for SDA to the NDIA, and including collecting evidence, report writing, appeals, and opportunities for self-education.

This event is proudly brought to you by the Housing Hub team, which supports people with high and complex disability support needs to understand their housing options, access SDA funding from the NDIS and apply for an SDA vacancy that they’re interested in.
