Web Developer

About the Role:

As the Summer Foundations’s Housing Hub Social Enterprise Web Developer you will provide a range of front-end and back-end web development activities to both maintain BAU and further develop the Housing Hub website. 

You will also consult with staff, identify and coordinate development opportunities across the Housing Hub and provide systems support.

The role is part time 0.6-0.9 FTE and salary range between $100,000 - $115,000 + Super 1.0 FTE.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have the technical skills to enable efficient in-house website development and maintenance. You will be the internal expert on all systems that support the Housing Hub website, ensuring product knowledge is available and up to date within the enterprise.

What you need:

  • 2 + years hands on experience with:
    • Modern cross-browser HTML5+, ES6+ and CSS3+ (SCSS)
    • React JS & Node JS
    • Contentful or other Headless Content Management System (CMS)
    • Working with and consuming RESTful APIs
    • Git and other version control tooling
    • Building responsive websites for commercial projects
    • Map based websites
    • Salesforce connectors/integration
    • Database administration
    • SQL queries
  • Front-end and back-end web development 
  • Skills, understanding and experience of data security, validations and checks  
  • Automations and integrations: Algolia, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, Heroku database administration (desirable experience)

Melbourne (Box Hill), Sydney or Brisbane
