Home Ownership
In this chapter, we will talk about home ownership and home modifications. Many Australians dream of owning their own home. If you have funding for SDA, it's possible to use this to buy or build an SDA home. This means that you become a self provider of SDA. You will also need to be registered with the ENDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Your home must meet SDA enrollment requirements, too. If you already own your own home or you buy a non-SDA home, the ENDIS can fund home modifications to help you make the property suitable for your needs.
