Housing Information Coordinator

About the Role:

The Housing Information Coordinator works nationally with people living with disability and their support teams to identify housing needs and preferences and explore housing options under the NDIS. 

The Housing Information Coordinator will be responsible for delivering a phone support service that delivers high impact for people with disability and stakeholders. A significant part of this role is listening to people’s needs, being present to each caller, providing them with the resources they require to move ahead and connecting them with support and services within the organisation.

This is an ongoing opportunity, offered as Full time or Part time.

Salary is between the range of $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience).

Location:

Can be located in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland or South Australia.
