The Housing Hub Advisory Board was established to provide leadership and strategy to accelerate the growth of the Housing Hub Social Enterprise. The Advisory Board provides expertise and guidance to the General Manager on the establishment and scale of the Housing Hub.

Di Winkler is an occupational therapist who has worked with people with severe brain injury for more than 20 years. Di was the Chief Occupational Therapist at Ivanhoe Manor Private Rehabilitation Hospital prior to developing a private practice working with people with brain injury in the community.
Di established the Summer Foundation in January 2006 after becoming frustrated by the lack of appropriate housing and support for young people with disability who were being admitted to nursing homes for the aged.
In 2018, Di was conferred with a Doctor of Laws honoris causa from Monash University for her distinguished service to the community through her leadership as a practising Occupational Therapist and researcher.
In 2019, Di was appointed as a member (AM) of the Order of Australia (General Division) for significant service to people with disability.
Di is the Chief Executive Officer at the Summer Foundation and leads the Research Unit. Di also sits on the Board of Summer Housing Ltd. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Living with Disability Research Centre at La Trobe University.

Craig has worked as a technology professional for 22 years experience in the development, leadership, delivery and management of large scale as well as niche, cutting edge technology. His experience spans several domains including Online Marketplaces, Internet Service Providers, Online Broadcasting, Mobile, Digital Media, Transactions, Social Media, Big Data and Telecommunications.
Craig has a passion for creating teams that thrive and succeed in meeting business outcomes. He has demonstrated the ability to create a culture of innovation and agility, that constantly strives to improve the outcomes for all users. Craig has lead large, cross-functional teams, sometimes of 200+ staff and is able to communicate technical concepts to both executive management and technical groups.
Working with people, solving complex problems using technology, delivering on both business and technical strategies and genuinely making a difference to a company and to its customers or users is what Craig loves best about his work.

Dean is a consultant, coach and business leader who specialises in senior leadership and organisation design. With broad industry exposure, hands on management experience and his international career he brings creativity and selectiveness to his work.
Dean has served listed, private equity, multinational, investment fund, family, government, NGO and NFP organisations. He has advised on chief executive, CFO, senior executive and Board succession for many ASX/NZX and private organisations.
Previously Dean was the Melbourne Managing Partner of a global executive search firm where he worked for 15 years. He began his career in management consulting and investment banking, before joining Pacific Dunlop in Hong Kong.
Later, at General Electric he held several business development positions, served as the CEO of the Energy and IT divisions in Australia and Head of Strategy with GE’s Energy division in the US.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School and formally qualified as a chartered accountant. He is a non-executive director of Melbourne Business School and of a not-for-profit microfinance provider, Opportunity International.

Cedric is a business leader who has led teams for multinational organisations across Europe and Asia Pacific in the fields of Strategy, Business Development, Pricing, Analytics and Digital Ventures.
Cedric is currently the Commercial Director for Australia and New Zealand at SEEK and has previously held leadership roles with DHL in Europe and Asia, and with the Qantas Group in Australia. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with Bain and Company in Paris and Brussels. In his most recent roles, Cedric led the Pricing and Revenue Management team of Jetstar across Asia Pacific, launched Jetstar’s Analytics capability and was the General Manager of the Qantas Hotels digital business.
Cedric holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a Masters of Engineering and a Bachelor of Philosophy from the Universite Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
