The Enquiries and Customer Service Coordinator will engage with key stakeholders via phone, email or web enquiries informing them of the housing opportunity (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and supporting them with their initial stage application.
To excel in this role you will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with and assisting people, as you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries on a national basis.
To manage the flow of information you will be highly organised, with strong admin skills .
You have CRM experience, preferably having used Salesforce.
Location is Sydney, NSW and is offered as part time 0.8 FTE and salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 + Super
