About the Role:

We are looking for a full time 12 month contract Specialist Support Coordinator with qualifications in either Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing.

This role will work to accountable deadlines and will have to be efficient as well as effective.

The role will support people with disability to understand housing options, develop quality documentation and to support participants with NDIS processes in relation to the above.

This is a great opportunity to join our team and receive expert knowledge and know-how from a team of people who are the leaders in housing for NDIS participants.

Our workplace provides the flexibility to work from home with some office based work required.

You will need

  • Qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working with people with disability who have complex needs
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • An ability to work within a CRM Database efficiently (salesforce)
  • A Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

Desirable

  • Previous experience working as a Support Coordinator or Specialist Support Coordinator
  • Knowledge of NDIS and legislation underpinning the NDIS
  • Understanding of Specialist Disability Accommodation, Individualised Living Options and Supported Independent Living (desired)
